We do not control all actions taken by banks, card issuers or third-party payment providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cavenirer will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of the Site or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, carrier delays, natural events or external network failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer protections.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country or region.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that both parties can attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies before a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

These Terms, together with applicable policies and notices published on the Site, form the agreement governing your use of the Site and relevant purchases.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure by Cavenirer to enforce a provision does not automatically waive our right to enforce it later.
